C.S. Lewis's Cambridge

Many, understandably, associate C.S. Lewis with Oxford. However there is another English University City with which Lewis has academic connections.

A few days ago I met up with a friend in Cambridge for an evening drink and chat. The location was The Pickerel, a bit of a Hobbit hole of a pub, slightly reminiscent of the Eagle and Child pub in Oxford. Maybe it is why it is a pub that C.S. Lewis frequented when he was in Cambridge.
